About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate our residential renovation projects across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise daily site activities, manpower and subcontractors.
· Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and quality standards.
· Plan daily/weekly activities and monitor project progress.
· Coordinate materials and deliveries with Procurement.
· Monitor workmanship, resolve site issues and manage snagging.
· Upload daily time sheets and material requests on our project management software.
· Provide regular progress updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager
Qualifications & Experience
· 0-3+ years experience in residential renovation, fit-out or villa construction.
· Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
· Good knowledge of civil, MEP and finishing works.
· Ability to read architectural and technical drawings.
· Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
· UAE driving licence preferred.
