Dorsch Group is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our Infrastructure/Utilities sector in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for major infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on sewerage networks, potable water networks, and utility infrastructure.
Key duties include developing and maintaining project baseline programmes, preparing schedules using Primavera P6 (including resource loading and critical path analysis), and monitoring progress against approved timelines to identify delays or risks. You will coordinate closely with project managers, resident engineers, and construction teams to gather progress updates, prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports, and review contractor programmes and recovery schedules. The ideal candidate comes from a consultancy, PMC, or construction supervision background with proven experience in UAE utility projects.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
· Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel is mandatory.
· Experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and reporting.
· Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
· Background in Consultancy, PMC, or construction supervision.
· Proven experience working on major infrastructure and utility network projects in the UAE.
