Skyline Contracting Co. L.L.C. is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in the UAE.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry and the ability to manage complex project timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities.
· Prepare and maintain baseline programmes.
· Track project progress and provide regular progress updates.
· Develop recovery plans when required to keep projects on schedule.
· Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
· Prepare detailed reports on project status and performance.
· Ensure all planning activities align with project requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
· UAE construction industry experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
· Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
· Experience in baseline programmes, progress updates, and recovery plans.
· Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
· Immediate joiners will be given preference.
