Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a Maintenance QA/QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to ensure the quality and compliance of landscaping projects. You will be responsible for implementing QA/QC processes, conducting on-site inspections, reviewing project specifications, and monitoring materials and workmanship for softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and soil preparation works. This role involves material testing and approval, maintaining detailed QA/QC documentation, preparing non-conformance reports (NCRs), coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring HSE compliance, and supporting project handover and final inspections to meet the highest quality and sustainability standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. (A Diploma in Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or Quality Assurance may be considered with relevant experience).
· 5+ years of experience in QA/QC engineering, landscaping construction, or quality control roles within the landscaping, civil, or construction industry.
· Hands-on experience in landscape project execution, quality inspections, and compliance monitoring.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and industry-specific standards.
· Understanding of soil types, plants, irrigation systems, fertilizers, and hardscape materials.
· Experience in landscape construction methods, including grading, drainage, and paving.
· Strong skills in preparing QA/QC reports, checklists, site audit documents, and maintaining NCR records.
· Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
