Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Data Engineering & Quality Assurance
· Receive and review design files (DWG, RVT, IFC).
· Audit geotechnical reports (Boreholes & Soil Reports).
· Align coordinate system with the approved UAE National Grid.
Phase 2: Digital Modelling & Database Build
· Convert earthworks into high-accuracy digital terrain surfaces (TIN/Raster).
· Generate intelligent 3D Smart Pile objects from diameter, depth and specification schedules.
· Populate attribute tables with full technical parameters linked to spatial objects.
Phase 3: BIM–GIS Integration
· 3D georeferencing of architectural and structural BIM models.
· Bidirectional linkage of BIM element IDs to the spatial map, enabling spatial queries and cross-platform analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experience: 2–7 years of relevant experience.
· Education: Any Graduation (Engineering, GIS, Geomatics, or related field preferred).
· Nationality: Any Arab National, Any GCC National, Any European National, Any Anglophone National.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in ArcGIS, GIS databases, and BIM-GIS integration workflows.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with coordinate systems (UAE National Grid), 3D modelling, and data schema development.
