About the Role
SEGULA Technologies Middle East is seeking experienced Civil Engineers for site-supervision assignments supporting major renewable energy developments in Duqm.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise civil and structural construction works.
· Monitor foundations for renewable-energy and electrical infrastructure.
· Supervise access-road construction.
· Monitor drainage and earthworks.
· Supervise buildings and associated infrastructure.
· Oversee wind turbine foundations where applicable.
· Supervise civil works associated with PV and BESS installations.
· Monitor substation civil works.
· Review concrete works and construction quality.
· Support geotechnical verification.
· Conduct inspections and monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved methodologies.
· Coordinate technical issues with contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
· Strong civil/structural construction-supervision experience.
· Experience in infrastructure, power, or renewable-energy projects.
· Strong experience with concrete works, foundations, roads, and drainage.
· Experience with renewable-energy project civil works is highly desirable.
· Previous GCC/Oman site experience is advantageous.
