Key Responsibilities
· Conduct detailed land and construction surveys using modern surveying instruments to establish accurate coordinates, levels, alignments, and measurements for roads, bridges, and infrastructure works.
· Prepare and maintain accurate survey drawings, reports, as-built records, and setting-out data in accordance with approved project drawings and specifications.
· Work closely with site engineers and construction teams to provide survey data for setting out roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, earthworks, structures, and other civil works.
· Perform topographic surveys, level checks, setting-out, and as-built surveys, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and applicable Dubai/UAE standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Education: Degree / Diploma / Industrial Training Certificate in Surveying.
· Experience: Minimum 5–10 years relevant experience, especially on construction of Bridges & Underpasses, Utilities and associated Civil Works.
· Technical Knowledge: Sufficient knowledge in construction of Roads & Highways and associated civil works such as earthwork, asphalt pavement works and all underground services.
· Location Experience: Preferably in the UAE.
