Are you a detail-oriented Surveying Draughtsman with proven expertise in survey drafting, CAD modelling, and technical documentation, capable of preparing, updating, and managing accurate survey drawings and engineering deliverables for construction projects? Can you efficiently process survey data, support setting-out and engineering requirements, and ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, QA/QC requirements, and ALEC procedures to contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects?
Your Role
· Prepare accurate 2D survey drawings using AutoCAD, including topographic surveys, setting-out drawings, as-built drawings, utility layouts, and construction support drawings.
· Perform drawing rescaling, grid alignment, coordinate transformations, and drawing preparation according to project requirements.
· Coordinate with project engineers, BIM teams, and survey personnel to ensure survey information is correctly represented in drawings and models.
· Apply technical expertise and discipline-specific knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes within your area of specialisation.
· Apply the Company's frameworks to guide role expectations, levels of responsibility, skills, development, and progression.
· Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD including 2D drafting, layers, blocks, references, and drawing management.
· Working knowledge of Civil 3D for surface creation, TIN modelling, contours generation, alignments, profiles, and volume calculations.
· Ability to process and manage survey data including coordinate systems, levels, points, and field survey information.
· Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles and workflows.
· Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for viewing, coordinating, and integrating survey information within BIM models.
· Knowledge of survey drafting standards, construction drawings, and quality control procedures.
Desirable
· Experience with survey processing software such as Carlson Survey, Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, and Revizto.
· Basic knowledge of GIS software such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
· Experience working with large-scale construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
· Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination with engineering/design teams.
