Key Responsibilities
· Manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuation and certification.
· Assess and negotiate variations, change orders and contractor claims.
· Maintain cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections.
· Administer contracts or equivalent forms.
· Support final account preparation and close-out.
· Ensure compliance with commercial governance and audit requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
· Professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is highly desirable.
· Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
· Experience with cost estimation software and tools, showcasing a strong technical ability in quantitative analysis.
