Crown Survey Geographic Maps Drawing LLC is looking for an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in the UAE.
We are seeking a motivated professional with hands-on experience in land surveying and a strong technical skill set to support our ongoing projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required
· Total Station & GPS/RTK operation and data collection.
· Topographic Survey – conducting detailed topographical mapping.
· Setting Out & As-Built Survey – precise setting out of construction works and as-built documentation.
· Demarcation Survey – boundary and demarcation surveys.
· Control Point Establishment – establishing and maintaining survey control points.
· Gate Level & Tie Beam Level – checking and verifying levels on site.
· AutoCAD / Civil 3D – preparing and editing survey drawings.
· Preparation of Survey Reports – documenting and presenting survey data.
Qualifications & Experience
· Experience: 2-3 Years required.
· Experienced candidates preferred.
· Proficiency in Total Station & GPS/RTK equipment.
· Strong knowledge of Topographic Survey, Setting Out & As-Built Survey, Demarcation Survey, and Control Point Establishment.
· Experience with Gate Level & Tie Beam Level checking.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
· Ability to prepare survey reports.
· Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
