Position: Land Surveyor

Key Requirements:
for large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects.
* Develop, maintain, and administer enterprise-level GIS databases and spatial datasets.
* Ensure GIS data is structured according to project-specific data models, standards, and specifications.
* Integrate GIS information with BIM, CAD, engineering, surveying, digital twin, and asset management systems.
* Conduct advanced spatial analysis to support transportation, utility, infrastructure, and land development projects.
* Prepare mapping products and spatial solutions for engineering, planning, design, and construction teams.
* Establish and implement GIS quality control and quality assurance procedures.
* Develop GIS governance practices, metadata requirements, data standards, and operational workflows.
* Review GIS deliverables for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
* Coordinate GIS activities with engineers, surveyors, planners, designers, construction teams, and external stakeholders.
* Support digital engineering and information management initiatives.
* Identify GIS-related issues and develop practical spatial and data-management solutions.
