Job Purpose
Responsible for conducting accurate land and site surveys to support the construction and infrastructure works of the Sewerage Tunnels project.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct topographical, setting-out, alignment, and construction surveys.
· Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, and coordinates.
· Perform surveys for tunnels, shafts, utilities, roads, and associated infrastructure.
· Verify contractor survey works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
· Prepare and review survey reports, drawings, and as-built records.
· Coordinate with construction, design, and engineering teams to resolve survey-related issues.
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's/Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably on major infrastructure, tunnelling, sewerage, or utilities projects.
· Strong experience with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and other modern surveying equipment/software.
· UAE/GCC infrastructure or tunnelling experience is preferred.
