Position: Land Surveyor

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 8+ years’ relevant experience as a Land Surveyor on infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks) in the UAE.
* Dubai Municipality (DM) Land Surveyor Certificate/License strongly preferred.
* Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS survey equipment, and data collectors.
* Strong understanding of UAE infrastructure survey standards and local authority (DM, DEWA, Trakhees) submission requirements.
* Experience with as-built survey preparation and utility/drainage network verification.
