Key Responsibilities
· Conduct land and construction surveys for building projects.
· Perform site measurements using surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and Levels.
· Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
· Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and field notes.
· Set out positions for buildings, structures, and infrastructure works.
· Monitor and verify construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications.
· Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration.
· Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve survey-related issues.
· Ensure all survey activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Relevant experience in land surveying within construction projects.
· Proficiency in survey equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
· Experience using AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
· Strong understanding of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and construction methods.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
