AFAQ Engineering for Building Contracting L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.
We are seeking a skilled professional with proven experience in land surveying for high-rise building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using modern surveying equipment and capable of interpreting technical drawings and setting-out details accurately.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct land surveys for high-rise building construction projects.
· Operate total station and other surveying equipment.
· Interpret drawings, coordinates, and setting-out details.
· Perform setting-out works and verify site levels and alignments.
· Ensure accuracy of survey data and documentation.
· Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to resolve survey-related issues.
· Maintain accurate records of all survey activities.
Qualifications & Experience
· Proven land-surveying experience in high-rise building construction projects.
· Relevant experience in the UAE is mandatory.
· Proficiency in total station and other surveying equipment.
· Ability to interpret drawings, coordinates, and setting-out details.
· Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
