Key Responsibilities
· Conduct site surveys and setting-out activities for building construction projects.
· Establish reference points, benchmarks, grid lines, and building coordinates as per approved drawings.
· Carry out setting-out for foundations, footings, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
· Perform levelling, alignment, and dimensional checks throughout construction.
· Verify excavation levels, foundation locations, column positions, and structural dimensions.
· Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
· Operate Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, Auto Levels, and other surveying instruments.
· Conduct as-built surveys and prepare survey reports and measurement records.
· Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate positioning and alignment.
· Identify discrepancies between actual site conditions and approved drawings.
Qualifications & Experience
· Experience: Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in civil building construction is mandatory.
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in site surveying, setting-out, levelling, and site measurements.
· Equipment: Proficiency in Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and Auto Levels.
· Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
· Software: Working knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
· Experience: Experience in as-built surveys, site coordination, and verification of structural dimensions.
· Location: Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
· Availability: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
