Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
Survey-Related Duties:
· Conduct land surveys for landscaping and infrastructure projects.
· Perform topographic surveys, setting out, and as-built surveys.
· Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
· Prepare and maintain survey reports, maps, drawings, and field notes.
· Coordinate with project teams to resolve survey-related issues.
Public Relations Work (as listed in the job posting):
· Immigration – Issuance, renewal and cancellation of work, visit, transit visas, landing permits etc.
· Labour Office – Issuance, renewal and cancellation of employment visa, labour card, personnel contracts, and other matters of labour office.
· Licenses – Coordinate issuance, renewal and cancellation of Trade licenses, commercial licenses, and other such documents from Chamber of Commerce etc.
· Power of attorney – issuance, renewal etc.
· Judicial and Legal requirements as deemed necessary.
· All other assignments related to public relations work.
Compliance:
· Follow and implement Company Quality and HSE requirements in all company activities.
· Interacts with HR teams on day-to-day basis and with other company personnel on requirement basis.
· Maintain healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
· Follow the rules and regulation according to the company policy.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Technical diploma in civil engineering or equivalent.
· Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience, preferred in infrastructure and Landscape projects.
· Skills:
· Quick decision-making abilities and time management.
· Ability to explain the terminologies and findings to the team members.
