Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to conduct land and construction surveys, establish property boundaries, and provide accurate measurements to support engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure all survey data is accurate and complies with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct topographic, boundary, as-built, and construction surveys.
· Perform site measurements using surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS, and Levels.
· Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference lines.
· Prepare survey reports, maps, drawings, and field notes.
· Interpret engineering and construction drawings to support project activities.
· Set out positions for roads, buildings, utilities, and other infrastructure works.
· Monitor and verify construction works to ensure compliance with design specifications.
· Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration.
· Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve survey-related issues.
· Ensure all survey activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in survey equipment such as Leica, Trimble, GPS, Total Station, and Auto Level.
· Software: Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and survey data processing software.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of surveying principles, coordinate systems, and construction methods.
· Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Driving License: Valid driving license (preferred).
