Role Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all on-site construction activities for data center developments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day construction operations.
· Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and ICT works.
· Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project progress.
· Manage subcontractors and construction resources.
· Resolve site challenges and ensure compliance with project requirements.
· Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities.
· Ensure works are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
· 15+ years of construction experience.
· Proven experience in mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
