Duncan & Ross is urgently seeking 2 Architectural BIM Coordinators for an immediate on-site role on a prestigious mega-project in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia.
In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing subcontractors' BIM models and drawings, ensuring strict adherence to project standards. You will conduct clash detection and coordinate across all disciplines to ensure seamless integration. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience working with complex structures, particularly steel structures, and must be highly proficient in LOD 400 and LOD 500 requirements.

Location: Must be currently available in KSA (Saudi Arabia). Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
· Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including previous experience on GCC projects.
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
· Technical Expertise: Mandatory experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500.
· Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD.
· Coordination Skills: Strong knowledge of clash detection and cross-discipline coordination.
· Advantage: Previous experience working or coordinating on projects with a steel structure scope.
